Suffoir's 7 Deadly Gins
Just another lemon tree Gin
This gin exudes a bright and zesty character. On the nose, fresh lemon zest aromas are complemented by hints of herbal notes from the lemon myrtle and lemon-scented gum. The palate reveals a burst of citrus flavors, dominated by lemon, with a gentle juniper backbone and a subtle coriander spice. The finish is clean and refreshing, leaving a lingering lemony brightness.
Rooibos Gin
This gin showcases a captivating blend of botanicals and rooibos tea. The aroma is a delightful combination of juniper, citrus, and warm spices like star anise and cassia bark. On the palate, the gin reveals a complex harmony of flavors, with juniper taking the lead, followed by zesty lime, subtle coriander, and the distinctive earthiness of rooibos.
