Cocktail suggestion - The Lemon Myrtle Collins
Ingredients:
- 60ml Just Another Lemon Tree Gin
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 2-3 dashes of lemon myrtle bitters
- soda water
- lemon slice and sprig of lemon myrtle to garnish
 
Directions:
1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Add the Just Another Lemon Tree Gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, and lemon myrtle bitters.
3. Top up with soda water and stir.
4. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of lemon myrtle, and serve.
